Board Notice of Meeting to consider Special assessment Valley at Winter Park Water District

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Valley at Winter Park Water District and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the Valley at Winter Park Water District may fix or increase the District’s rates, fees and charges for water and service/capital improvements at an open public meeting to be held at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 via virtual link, which will be posted on the District’s website: https://www.vwpwaterdistrict.org/

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any customer or other interested person may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments or objections regarding such proposed action. Information regarding the District’s rates, fees and charges may be obtained from Circuit Rider of Colorado via email at info@ccrider.us, PO Box 359, Littleton, Colorado, 80160, telephone number 303-482-1002, Monday through Friday during normal business hours (i.e. 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
